Seller reviewWe wanted to sell an investment property at a time when we were out of the country. Ramona became our "right arm", she accomplished more than we could have ever hoped for. She helped us find contractors to restore the property and advised us in making decisions to maximize the property value. Following her expert advice our property sold for substantially more than other properties in the area. Ramona was always responsive to our needs and always available to us, despite a significant time zone difference. She kept the process on task right up to settlement and talked us through the paperwork for settlement which becomes complicated when notary's outside of the country are needed. We could not have accomplished our goals on this property without Ramona's expert assistance, and thanks to her we exceeded our goals.
