I have known Randy personally for several years as a friend of his sons. When my husband and I decided to move back to the area I knew that Randy would be my first contact. His work ethic, knowledge, involvement in the community and communication has always impressed me and he went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. Randy oversaw every detail of our home purchase experience including each inspection and walk through. He was accessible even at late hours of the night to help get offers and paperwork submitted and worked around our busy schedule especially with us commuting from LA for each showing. We had several questions along the way about our new home and he was always incredibly responsive, honest and fair. He went above and beyond to make sure we were connected with the specialists needed to make sure the home was right for our family. Randy's staff were also a pleasure to work with during our purchase. Buying during covid comes with an extra layer of procedures, but he and his staff were highly communicative throughout the entire process and quick to put together the necessary paperwork for both covid compliance as well as the many closing document deadlines.
