My wife and I are originally from northwest Indiana. After a few less than smooth real estate transactions, I decided that there must be a real estate process that would facilitate a positive experience while working through one of the largest financial decisions a person will make within his/her lifetime. With this in mind, we relocated to Indian Rocks Beach to not only begin our dream of oceanside living, but to also help others fulfill their dream of living here as well. With the help of CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises, the Smarter, Bolder, Faster company, I have discovered that real estate transactions do not have to be daunting, but can be smooth and effortless. Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked as a Mechanical Engineer in a CNC manufacturing facility and as an adult education instructor for our local apprenticeship. I found tremendous satisfaction with being able to assist people with problem solving. With the ability to communicate with people and ask the right questions, I have found that most situations have a solution that will leave all parties involved collaboratively satisfied. My wife and I have three adult children and 3 grandchildren. We enjoy spending time relaxing on the beach and getting involved in our community organizations. There were times I became overwhelmed and wanted to quit the homebuying process, but Randy wouldn't let our enthusiasm die. Many people say the home-buying experience is a hassle and chaotic.
