That is saying a lot considering I have bought and sold four homes in the last six years and worked with many agents before meeting Randy. If you are looking for an agent that is far more invested in making your dreams a reality than they are in their own personal gains Randy is your man. He worked with us both on selling our home and buying a piece of land. I will speak to both. In listing our home his market analysis was more thorough than any other I have ever seen. In fact, his knowledge and expertise on the market and our home was so precise he produced 17 showings in 2 days, go us 3 offers (all above asking), and in the end, we accepted an offer well above asking and closed in 3 weeks. When it comes to the purchase of our property this was a completely new area for us. Randy not only took the time to educate us, but structured offers for creative financing based on our situation. Not only that, but our journey included writing 4 offers, and standing beside us with complete understanding when we had to back out of two of them during feasibility based on our family needs.
