Thank you for taking a moment to read my bio! My name is Ray Monahan and I was fortunate enough to be relocated to Florida in 1991 as part of a career path promotion. For my entire career in technology I have been working with my clients to help them identify and achieve/exceed their business goals and objectives. It is this 25 years plus business experience I bring with me into the real estate market. For me sales are all about the people! Buying, selling, investing, everyone has a dream, a goal, a vision, and I want to help you realize yours! I live in Ruskin with my wife Barbara who is also an agent at CENTURY21 Beggins, and she has been helping her clients for the last 30 years achieve their real estate dream one client at a time.
I am an usher at my Church, Calvary Lutheran in Apollo Beach and I volunteer as a reading tutor during the school year at Ruskin Elementary. I like to golf and enjoy cooking, especially BBQ. I am fortunate to part of the CENTURY 21 Beggins family of agents. Seller reviewWorking with Ray as your realtor, allows his clients to go to market with "eyes wide open" Initially Ray spends a considerable amount of time measuring the values of a given home to better educate his clients whether your the buyer or the seller. All sellers inclusive of us, believe our home is worth more then it is.Rays research results are insightful and explains the reality of setting a market price on your real estate. He prefers to have sellers acquire a pre-inspection on your home for a professional maintenance cost observation and to demonstrate to a buyer your sincerity of representation. It paid off, as it becomes a representation and part of your sales marketing and representations of the value your seeking as both the buyer or seller.

I immediately felt very comfortable with him and his vast knowledge of the area. When I decided to sell, he thoroughly explained how he arrived at the suggested price for my house and what his marketing plan would be.
