I sold my house with Ray Stearns and also bought my new house with him. Ray and Clear Lake Bank & Trust worked quickly enough to get my purchase done in 2 weeks! Ray worked with me on my contract to make sure I could get early occupancy since I sold my house so quickly. It was a quick tun around and Ray helped me every step of the way to make sure I was taken care of!
