Seller reviewRaylie is simply one of the best. She was proactive . Raylie did whatever was necessary, without us having to ask or check ,to sell the home . Her insight into the area and potential buyers is excellent. From beginning to end we were very pleased. The sales campaign was beautiful. The pictures showcased the property in the best light . Because we were selling acreage , the drone shots helped. Showings were frequent and consistent. Closing was a breeze. She had everything in order . Raylie checked and double checked that all bases were covered for closing. Raylie was genuinely concerned about us as a family and client. She is so trustworthy and dependable . I didn't have to worry about a thing. Raylie was accessible to us throughout the process . We had an excellent experience. She went above and beyond to make sure our house sold and closed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using Raylie Hardy.

I wasn't sure about the home prices in the area and she helped me to present an offer that was accepted by the seller quickly. Raylie was a pleasure to work with. Relocating out of state is not the easiest process, but she definitely helped with me finding a home and closing quickly. She was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.
