He took everything and followed through and kept us completely informed. To sum it up, I just can't say enough good things about dealing with him. He is the best of the best. The type of Agent you could ever hope to have the pleasure to deal with in real estate. It was a very easy transition from listing to closing. We listed on Thursday and under contract on Sunday.

Seller reviewWe were absentee owners. Ray was excellent as a property manager at keeping the property rented and well looked after from 2013 to the time we sold it in 2015. When it came time to sell, Ray provided us with an area sales analysis and assisted greatly in the determination of the asking price. Once we authorized him to activate the listing, he had a contract in less than a week At every step of the way, from listing to contract negotiations and closing, Ray was the consummate professional. I can whole heartedly recommend Ray and his team at Armstrong Realty.
