She always is available and helps us deal with matters when we are not available. I've dealt with many real estate agents over the years and they all tell you how much they are going to do for you, but in my experience once they get your house you don't get much from the agent. This is where Rebecca Leclaire is so different. I've never had an agent that responded to me immediately when I needed her. While we were in FL for the winter Rebecca saw to many things dealing with our purchase of this new condo for us. Rebecca is a true professional and a winner. We recommend her highly.

Buyer reviewRebecca met with us several times and was very patient with our lack of decisiveness on where we wanted to be exactly. We looked at homes from Poplar Grove to Winnebago and she never seemed annoyed. When we found the house we fell in love with she went above and beyond to secure the deal. When my mortgage lender and the other agent dropped the ball on a few signed documents, Rebecca worked tirelessly to remedy the situation and I was able to close on time.

Seller reviewWe had two brokers prepare BMAs for our home. Rebecca put way more time and effort into her preparation and came in with a sale price of $18000 more than the other broker. It was a no brainer to chose someone who was willing to work for our sale and we are so glad we chose her! We had two full price offers the first day after showing our home.
