Most satisfactory solely because of Rebecca Mallard's performance. But then, you have the good sense to employ her. Rebecca Mallard Rebecca's work ethic throughout the purchase of my home was exceptional. She worked as hard to acquire the house as she did afterward to assure that every contact I would need was available. Rebecca worked exceptionally well with the Home Inspection Agent and understood his feedback. She managed our radon, termite, and roofing inspections. Rebecca may have had other clients, and I know she has a family, but she never once let anything interfere with her work and was there for any inspection to hear and see what was done first hand. All her recommendations for support services were most reasonably priced and very professional. I cannot imagine a more knowledgeable agent. She also dealt quite well with the legal aspects of a rather difficult trust (seller). Having spoken with several agents in Winston Salem about the specific area (Old Salem) and type of house I was looking for, Rebecca is the only agent who contacted me when the home I had described became available. She had remembered my requests for nine months. Rebecca is well prepared for every step of guiding a buyer. She is one of the hardest working people and had the answers to all the questions on the day asked. She is a tremendous communicator, gentile in manner, and always prepared. I will write another personal letter for Rebecca's file. I would recommend her without reservations for any buyer or seller. I would not own this lovely home had it not been for her kind considerations.
