Seller reviewFirst I would like to mention this all went down without me being in the state, I live in Washington state. I had the best experience selling my house with Becky. I had zero stress during the entire sale, except maybe for the negotiating. But Becky was really good at dealing with that too. She went above and beyond what I had expected. I would highly recommend her in the future to anyone who needs to sell their home. Once again I would like to say Thank You so much for the hassle free experience Becky! Selling a house in less than five days made me a very happy customer. She went and bought blackout curtains and hung them up in my house to save me money on my power bill. Who does that, my realtor that's who. Thanks again for taking care of the pool while the house was unoccupied. My rating on a scale of 1-10 would be a 20.

When I needed to contact Becky I could get her anytime day or night. If I left a message I always got a prompt return.

Seller reviewBecky Pantuso did an excellent job from start to finish. She knew the area well and provided guidance on what needed and did not need to be done to sell the home from the get go. Becky is extremely personable and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process and provides timely updates and feedback on the status of the sale. When it comes time to negotiate with the buyer, no one is better. Through two rounds of negotiations, the buyer came up to the list price. You would be doing yourself a favor to hire Becky as your agent!
