Buyer reviewI reached out to Rene'e Hoover of Century 21 Geba Realty back in February 2022 for buying land for a new construction home. Rene'e provided such valuable information that I was not able to find on my own researching online regarding northeastern PA region. She provided several land listings and construction companies. After realizing this was not the path I wanted to go, I reached out to Rene'e again, but this time to help find an already existing home. I gave her my criteria of what I was looking for in a home and she provided me with several listings that exceeded my expectations. From there on, it was a smooth ride: from visiting several listenings, to making an offer, finding a great mortgage company, the home inspection, and closing! Rene'e made everything so smooth! As a first time buyer, I did not know what to ask/do, but Rene'e guided me through each step to make informed decisions. Highly recommend Rene'e to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy realtor!

Rene arranged everything and provided help with anything we needed. She even helped us switch electricity and utilities from the previous owner, so our house was functional when we moved in. I highly recommend Rene. I couldn't possibly wish for a better real estate agent!

Renee's skills and experience aligned perfectly with what my wife and I were looking for and she treated us like we were her family. Renee was open to any property we inquired of and always gave us her honest opinion. When we decided we were ultimately interested in buying land instead of a home, Renee did not in any way try to deter us just for a commission. She was completely honest and caring with us from start to finish and helped us connect with a builder to make our dream a closer reality. She spent a tremendous amount of time working with us and her service quality remained consistently great throughout. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Renee listened to us and provided us quality property recommendations based on her understanding of our desires. We cannot imagine the process going better with any other agency or realtor.
