Seller reviewRenee Garner was a wonderful help to me in a difficult complicated sale. She went way way beyond the duties of a realtor in helping me pull the house together to put it on the market and even helping me connect with where I was going and giving me some feedback on some decisions that didn't even relate to work requirements in the Monterey area. She puts so much effort and energy and concern toward her clients that she stands head-and-shoulders above other realtors. The brokers in the office were wonderful and I appreciated everyone's effort in this sale. Heather at the title company and the beautiful professional photographs taken by your photographer as well as John the very Handyman. I want to say thank you very much to Renee for helping me in so many areas and wish her and the rest of the office much success in the future. Seller reviewRenee has great communication skills and I loved how she explained everything to us. Renee was great with the marketing of our house. The showings and open house was always when we were able to do them and never forced a date. I really APPRECIATE that she thought of our daughters when they got ill and made clients wear a mask before going in the house. I will always remember that and be very thankful for her caring. Renee, was always available when we needed explaining and had questions. She is very flexible and patient.
