Renee Kessel is an excellent agent to work with. Her extensive knowledge, ability to advise, and her responsiveness were extremely important to me. Knowing I had moved from the area, Renee made regular checks on the property to ensure nothing unexpected had happened. I normally find selling a home to be quite stressful, but Renee certainly made this particular experience go smoothly and stress free.

I was recently relocated to the area for work, and needed help with buying a home on a very short time frame. Since I was still living out of state at the time I started looking for a place to live, and I didn't know anyone in the area, I relied heavily on internet reviews of local agents. Renee Kessel of Century 21 Marketplace was very well reviewed by past clients and had great testimonials, but the final determining factor in choosing her over other agents I spoke with was her responsiveness. She responded to my initial inquiry within moments, immediately perceived the urgency of the situation, and showed a high level of motivation and a positive attitude. She stayed in communication with me while I was in the process of moving, and was ready to hit the ground running the morning after I arrived in town. Renee was attentive to my particular needs in a home, and the showings were relevant and appropriate. She had extensive knowledge about the area, solid advice and never skipped a detail, which led us to the perfect place to fit my needs and lifestyle (and likely saved me from at least one regrettable decision.) Renee was always professional, punctual, thorough with her research, sharp-eyed, and meticulous about critical details. While I was focused on my new job and being pulled in all directions, she kept everything on track and was always on top of the paperwork and deadlines. Her recommendations were also dead-on, and she was able to negotiate a selling price for the property that was both fair and less than I anticipated. When the time came, I was impressed as well by the quality of the professional referrals that Renee was able to provide, and everyone that I selected to work with was outstanding. Working with Renee was a great experience from beginning to end- the best I have had with an agent, either buying or selling. I would recommend her without hesitation, and will call her first if I need agent services again.

Renee is a wonderful professional who is personal invested in her clients. She has been in the area for a long time and knows the major players and has been in real estate long enough to help us navigate the emotional ups and downs of the translations. Her k owl edge base on the housing market in our area was exceptional.

Renee was fantastic to work with. She had a strong knowledge of the area and of the home purchasing process. She was always very responsive and happy to help any time I asked for something. She also came to the table with quality recommendations for the services that must be rendered throughout the home buying process (inspector, attorney, etc.). If I buy a house again in the future, I absolutely intend to contact Renee in hopes that she will help me again.
