Buyer reviewI highly recommend Renee Long from Century 21, The Harrelson Group. Renee Long was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and never attempted to influence our decision. She would offer her educated opinion and considerations about location, price and other pertinent considerations, but did not try to sell us on a property we didn't love. She showed us nearly 20 properties and was very patient with us, Renee has very good communication skills and is a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely use Renee Long for our next real estate purchase in Myrtle Beach. Thank you Renee!!

Seller reviewRenae had shown me and my wife some properties for sale in the area earlier in 2018 and when we decided to sell our condo we also decided to have Renae Long work with us again as our agent. I was impressed with her knowledge of the existing market conditions and the candor she expressed during our conversations. We had extreme success in selling our condo and Renae's expertise and sells experience for marketing the property was a major positive in achieving this goal. Renae is Highly professional with exceptional instincts for her business. We were involved in a somewhat difficult communication approach with the buyer living in New Jersey and me and my wife residing in Spartanburg SC and Renae making everything happen in Myrtle Beach. The timing was not always perfect but Renae pulled it together and brought us success for which we are sincerely appreciative. Renae Long gives 100 % and leaves no detail unexplained, My wife and I both highly recommend Renae Long to represent anyone that needs a highly competent Real Estate agent.

Buyer reviewRenee Long was an outstanding resource throughout the entire process. Renee from the start responded quickly to our internet inquiry on a certain property. She was very responsive and kept the lines of communication open. She was on point for her local knowledge. She listened to us for what we wanted in our second home property and continued to narrow our search for just the right property. She was on the ball in all aspects of process. She was though with asking the "right" questions to the HOA and owners. Renee made herself available to us at all times of the day and night. She was knowledge and patient with us with our own questions regarding the contract, property information, process, etc. I would recommend Renee to anyone looking to purchase or sell.

Buyer reviewWe are from NY and were interested in some condo's in Myrtle Beach. We sent inquires on a couple different properties we found on line to a few different agents. Renee is the only one that contacted us back and went out of her way in finding and showing us properties. This has really been the smoothest real estate purchase we have ever been through.

Buyer reviewRenee went far beyond our expectations in handling the sale and afterwards. We have dealt with several realtors over the years, and Renee is by far the very best we have ever had. Renee Long was willing to help us come to a fair price for the property as well as handle the needed repairs. Renee showed us properties within our budget, but never tried to make us purchase any one particular property. She helped us find the right attorney to complete the sale. She showed us the area and how we might be best able to use the facilities in the area. She was always more than ready to answer our questions and to find us a solution to any problem.
