I am a Chicago native, but lived in California for 34 years. I was recently divorced and my first Grandchild was due in June in the Chicago area. I wanted to move back home. I drove across country with 4 cats, 3 dogs and an exhusband. I needed a house as soon as possible as I will be the caregiver for my Granddaughter. Renee knew the situation and found the perfect house for me within a few weeks. I will always be grateful for all the help she gave me. She truly went above and beyond for me.

Renee Schoenherr and I simply hit it off almost instantly. She was recommended by my previous property manager whom I trusted and worked with for many years. Renee Schoenherr is friendly, honest, open, has great listening skills, patient, communicative, extremely hepful, understanding and is professional. It was my first real estate experience. It went extremely well I was selling my family home, which I had inherited in the 80's. I had no experience in buying or selling property. I trusted Renee Schoenherr 100%. I let her know my needs and wishes, of which all were fulfilled. WIthin about six weeks after my last tenant moved out, Renee Schoenherr had had my place professionally renovated within the budget, to the degree we had agreed on, sold and closed to a cash buyer for almost double the price a city realtor had quoted me (who had wanted to list it $20,000 less than we originally did and we got even $6,000 more than what we had listed it for). All of this was done between Renee Schoenherr living in the states and I in Germany. Renee Schoenherr continues to help me by communicating with my lawyer since my e-mails don't reach him. We look forward to celebrating together when I return to the states at the end of the year for a visit! Renee ROCKS!

Since I was selling my family's house in Itasca, but have lived in California for over 20 years, I appreciated that Renee Schoenherr was very knowledgeable about the Itasca area. She was always available to answer my questions and went out of her way to take care of some of the things that I could not be there in person to do, like find a repairman or let in the meter reader. Renee made sure that everything was taken care of, including me.

Renee Schoenherr stayed in touch as promised every step of the way. I would highly recommend her as a real pro Ms. Schoenherr will be highly recommended by me....I will surely work with her again
