I honestly think that everything went very good. Renee helped with everything that I needed. No matter what kind of crazy idea I had, Renee would work with it. Every time I wanted to just go to the house and take a another look, Renee would just say that is was perfectly fine and to let her know when I wanted to meet. Every time I attempted to contact Renee reference the residence or any other matter about the purchase she was quick to answer the phone. When Renee did not answer, she would always call back shortly after. Renee is very kind and helps with a lot of information. She would continually keep me updated on what was going on. She also helped me with the process of buying a house. I did not know the first step to buying a house but Renee helped me and explained the entire process as we went through it. Renee is a very hard worker at her job and probably one of the best at what she does. I can not thank Renee enough for all the help that she has given us during this big purchase. Im positive for whom ever is buying a house and working with Renee, they will love every bit of there interaction with Century 21. Thank you Renee!

The only extra thing I would say is, although I am glad our house has been sold, I regret we won't be in contact as frequently as before. She always made me feel at ease if I had a concern, and that meant a lot. I could not have been more pleased with the service from Renee.........EXCELLENT is the word that comes to mind!
