I have lived on the water for most of my life, which gives me years of experience in dealing with water front properties. Though she is newer to the business, she never hesitated to ask a co-worker or more experienced staff member for clarity, answers, and guidance whenever she was unsure. Obviously a quick learner, I was impressed with how knowledgeable she has become in a relatively short time. Buyer reviewRhonda would always be available for showings and booking them in a timely manner. I live in Los Angeles so I depended on her knowledge of the area in refused store price and if properties would bring a positive cash flow and she is always on her game and not afraid to tell certain properties are not worth the risk if it had to do with location , price ,size etc I know all boxes are checked excellent on this survey but it's correct Rhonda hits all the marks. Rhonda goes the extra mile for her clients for example : at the final walk through she had with my brother in law ( I'm in LA) I invited my property manager to meet them so he could get property ready to rent and Rhonda was not satisfied with what he had in mind to rent the duplex for and she stood up for my interest and pretty much told him absolutely not no way. Remind you her deal is done but she is still looking out for my interest. Not sure how many agents would go that far. I only wish she would manage my properties

Rhonda is very approachable and was always available as I noticed especially since we had a 2 hour time difference she was working well into the evening I would recommend Rhonda for any of your transactions I would love to have her manage my properties. Unfortunately I do not think she's into that. Absolutely amazing.
