He was originally recommended to us by family, and we have since recommended him to friends. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional patience, as we tried to find exactly what we were looking for. Our recent search took nearly six months, as we exhausted the list of available properties as the buying season slowed, and weighed our options. He never pushed us to make a hasty decision. He always gives a realistic view of the options, making sure to note not only the things that are positive, but those that might cause headaches down the road. He has also educated us in the home buying process,and taught us what to look for as potential issues. He brought us through the process as a pro, and helped us to take advantage of our bargaining power to the fullest extent. He reached out to us proactively with updates to make sure that we knew how it was moving along once we found the perfect place.
