We have worked with Rich Abrams before. He helped us find a tenant, when the property was first opened for rental in year 2000. In record time, Rich had shortlisted two or three potential tenants, thoroughly vetting their background. We went with his very first recommendation and had a wonderful experience in managing the property. In April 2020, we called Rich to sell the house. He had an amazing recollection of our communications in year 2000. This really shows a lot of personal care for his clients. By August 2020, we were in closing. Despite the many challenges posed by the pandemic, Rich managed to safely market the house and conduct open houses. He talked to us multiple times a week, keeping us updated on the market conditions and the responses from potential buyers. At every step in the selling process, Rich was proactive and promptly moved all the paperwork. It is not an exaggeration to state that we completely relaxed after Rich took over the sale of the house. Additionally, we were selling the house remotely from California. This didn't matter at all. Rich and his staff did a brilliant job in handling all the needed work (contractors, cleaners, inspectors etc), providing invoices at every step. We really appreciate the care shown by his office staff and thank Rich for completing the transaction in a timely manner.

We contacted Richard about 1 year prior to listing our home. He provided comparable sales initially and again when we listed. He called us a couple of times during the winter to stay in touch and discuss the market conditions. He was on top of things without being overly aggressive. He answered all of our questions and explained his method for coming up with a list price. He gave us a great commission rate whether or not he found a buyer or someone else did. He was prompt about following up, referring us to handymen, etc. as needed and we loved the professional photographer he hired to take pictures for our listing. Prior to choosing him, we really liked the periodic Neighborhood Updates he issued that we received in the mail. It helped us keep up-to-date on the real estate market as it pertained to our development. We also liked the agency's automated appointment system as well as the fact that we could call right away to request changes or alternate dates/times for a showing and were always able to talk to a helpful person right away. In spite of the restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we safely showed the house to over 29 families in a two week time-span, ending up with two offers and eventually choosing one of them.
