Seller reviewRich Abrams did a great job marketingour home. He understands how to price the property to get the maximum views on real estate web sites. He is very responsive. He works with a team of professionals that assist in getting the property market ready and do all repairs identified in the home inspection report. The professionals he recommended were quick to respond, do the repair required at a fair market price. Rich also has a great working relationship with other broker/sales realestate professionals. These realships alowed him honest acess to buyers agents Rich Abrams understands the realestate market and he will market the house to sell within the property owners time frame. He iis very responsive. He is driven, hardworking and hungry for the listing and the sale..
