Buyer reviewWhen we clicked that button to set up an appointment to see a home listed on Realtor.com Richard Rutledge contacted us almost immediately. After meeting Richard we felt very comfortable. Richard was always prompt at returning our calls and quick to set up times to view homes. After seeing several houses, which Richard was very patient and helpful with information on the home and helpful with opinions only when asked for, we ended up purchasing a home. We felt that Richard watched out for our best interests and was very helpful when going over the inspection details of the home we were purchasing and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. From the beginning to end of our process we were very happy that Richard Rutledge was the realtor that contacted us after that first "click" and we would highly recommend to anyone calling him first when buying or selling a home. We will now be enlisting his help to sell our old house.

Buyer reviewI did not know Richard prior to him being our agent. We found him by clicking a button on zillow. I could not be happier with the selection of Richard. He knew a lot about the Fort Wayne area, and gave us a ton of information about the current state of the market. I was also very impressed with how timely he was at getting back to us when we had questions or wanted a showing. We were out of the country when we ended up buying our house and he worked very closely with us and even with a 7 hour time difference was quick at getting back to us. We are very thankful and happy with Richard and the purchase of our new home!

He would travel wherever the location was and no matter the time or his time he'd find a way to be there. I got just what I wanted and am very pleased.
