Buyer reviewRick Gaetano was always available morning, noon, and night. Very insightful, friendly, sharp dresser, never told me to leave my extremely hyper and loud children home. Knows when to walk away and when to run. Always had words of encouragement when times were tough, and there were some very tough times. Tears were shed. Houses were smelt. But he helped us find our perfect home. Every other part of the process made me never want to buy a house again, but Rick actually made it enjoyable and when I'm ready to purchase my first investment property we won't even think about calling anyone else! If you need a house, you need this guy in your life.
