Rick Gaetano is a true professional! We had prior dealings with Rick selling a previous home in the area and called him when we initiated our search late last year. Rick was our buying agent and he indeed represented US during the transaction. He acted as if he was purchasing the property and helped us with detail reviews and 'consulted' on each property. We used internet searches on our own and gave properties to Rick so that he would really understand what we were looking for and he evaluated them on his own initially since we were travelling from out of town to view properties. He advised us whether the property should be on our list or removed due to something he saw and or knew about the property - this saved us time. I highly recommend Rick to anyone in the market!
