Prior to starting my Real Estate journey in 2016 I was blessed with the ability to speak to large groups and participate in my family businesses. I have a prescription for my Life "Trust God, Clean House and Help Others" everyday. While I may not be the perfect fit for every situation I know how to show you the options and give you the power of choice. I work for every client as if they were my family. I have achieved awards in this position however the value comes in the countless referrals from past clients over the years. Seller reviewMy oldest daughter, now belated, was a realtor in CA for many years. Her care, patience and respect for her clients was always very noticeable. Rion has those same traits. He showed those when he helped my other daughter last year purchase her first condo and now once again, with me. Rion went above and beyond every step of the way. From his guidance on pricing and sales strategizing to his assistance in help prepping the property. He's not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hand filthy. He was there with an abundance of resources, knowledge and guidance for whatever situation arose. He visited me and kept me apprised every step of the way even when I was in rehab for my fractured hip. He was kind, considerate and even drove me when there was an appointment for some documents that needed signing,that I could not drive myself to due to my recouping for my hip. Rion is a blessing, a very talented, understanding, caring and respectful individual. In my opinion, an indispensable asset to your company. I would use him again and definitely recommend his services to any of my friends or family members!

Even had good recommendation for a lender that would work with me to get me into the home I was looking to buy from a family member. Ryan and the lending team that he referred me to made it Easy took be a first time home Buyer. If ever I consider to sell the home he would be the 1st one I would call.
