Rip understood my needs and designed his plan of sales to get the maximum benefit for me. Very professional from start to finish. Rip really understands the market and would be a great asset to assist you with your realty needs. Rip helped me understand the market such that we were able to agree on the pricing and strategy. Rip would talk me through every offer so that I could understand what was best for my wife and I. Just to give an example of Rip's dedication; the tenant had neglected the yard so that when we met to put the for sale sign up, Rip actually stayed and mowed the lawn himself so that the house would show better. I do not think you will be disappointed in any way if you use Rip for your agent.

When my family and I finally narrowed down the area we wanted to pursue, the market was particularly aggressive. After weeks of looking and sellers picking other offers, we started to consider settling in another area. We decided to give it one more shot with showings and Rip pulled up some addresses. At the end of the day, we saw some amazing homes, but nothing screamed "us". Rip suggested one more home that he had pulled up earlier that day. He explained that it was in the construction phase and to keep an open mind. As soon as we walked in, it was mutual with our family that we wanted the house. We made an offer that night, and it was accepted the next day. Rip's sales experience led us to our new home. If it wasn't for him broadening our horizons, we may not have considered it until it was too late.

I contacted Rip Pruitt on a monday, by that night he already had a idea of what we wanted and by that friday we were looking at houses. Once we found the house we loved Rip had a contract ready for us that night. Rip told us to ask for things that I never would have thought of without him. When ever I had a question Rip had the answer or found out asap. Rip Pruitt is great about hearing you wants and wishes and then giving you multiple houses to look at, even if it takes all day. Rip goes above and beyond for his clients. He treated us like he was helping family buy a house. I would (and have) recomend Rip Pruitt to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Rip is a dream agent. Rip truly wants you to be happy. We closed on our home 6 months ago and we still get texts from Rip asking about the house and how we are doing. That's how you know you got an agent that really cares about YOU not just the sell.
