Buyer reviewRob helped us transition seamlessly from North Carolina to Iowa. Communication from 1,000+ miles away seemed potentially difficult, but he managed us perfectly. He's positive, fully supportive, and will do anything to find people their home.

Seller reviewEverything regarding Rob Wheeler was excellent. Our first buyer walked away from their verbal offer. The second offer who ended up being the buyer was quite difficult to work with but Rob helped control the emotional roller coaster that this buyer created. Rob was very professional. There were simply so many things that needed communicated in our sales process and sometimes our wires got crossed but I can't say it was ever Rob's fault at all. It was either my own, or the buyers being difficult. Rob was always available to answer our questions. I never once got his voicemail, even when he was on vacation with his wife. Rob was always available to help with providing access to whoever needed it at the house. We had a rather lengthy negotiation and Rob knew just when to provide guidance and when to let us hash out the details of how we wanted to respond to an offer Rob emailed me after I spoke in church just acknowledging he appreciated what I said and thought I did a good job. He had been sending info each month to my email regarding our home and current market value. I realize it was probably automated but every now and then he'd include a personal message.

Seller reviewRob Wheeler is an outstanding agent. His handy pricing guide helps to start off the process with a clear plan. He provides solid advice based on his research of comparable sales/listings. This makes it easy as you move through the steps of selling. The best thing about Rob is that he really listened to what we were looking for, and only showed us homes that fit our needs. He didn't waste our time trying to "up-sell" us, or showing us homes that wouldn't work for us. Rob was efficient, friendly and available throughout the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Buyer reviewRob Wheeler was very attentive to what we wanted in a house for our family. What I really liked is that he was very patient as our process took some time to complete. We were very happy with the knowledge he had of the surrounding areas and some of the interests we have as a growing family. Overall it was a great experience and we are making our house a home already.
