Seller reviewHaving known Rob for many years,I had no doubt he would do a fabulous job. He has a thorough understanding of the business and works extremely well with his clients. He understood what I wanted and delivered in a timely manner.

Seller reviewBy using e-signatures on contracts, Rob sped up the process. Rob was also willing to meet me halfway when paperwork needed to be exchanged which save me a few hundred miles of travel as this sale was part of an estate. With Rob being in the community he was able to negotiate a cash deal for the sale thus saving me a great deal of expenses and time that would have been needed to stage the house. This worked to the advantage of the buyer as I was willing to discount the price to something much more attractive when compared to other housed in the neighborhood. Rob's estimated were right on as far as what the market would be and thus increased the sale price above initial expectations.

Rob was also very likable and understanding of our needs and desires for a home. Rob had his work cut out for him with our deal. A difficult seller made the contract difficult to negotiate. Rob kept us in the loop 100% of the time and worked tirelessly to get us the right contract. Rob exemplifies the qualities that make a realtor exceptional. He is diligent, hard-working, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Throughout the process he became a trusted friend. Also, nobody knows East Aurora like Rob Ruffner. During those years I had the opportunity to interact with many different sales agents and real estate companies. There are agents that will say whatever they have to "get the listing" but then have very limited abilities in marketing and bringing the parties together.
