Buyer reviewBob was very attentive during the process. He would return phone calls/texts in less than 30 minutes. When I had questions and needed an explanation from the seller regarding the disclosure form, he got back to me very quickly. When I put my offer in, I mentioned a cellar window not being able to secure the house and during my final walk-thru it was secured. Bob did a great job.
