I've worked with Mr. Robert Herring previously and have had him provide property management services through his property management company. Robert is a constant and true professional who knows the real estate market and he puts his clients concerns first. He would be my first choice as a Broker when buying and/or selling in the central TX area.

Century 21 Premier Realtors and JR Rentals is simply one of the most amazing, caring, and all around excellent real estate companies that I have worked with. They were courteous, super responsive, and made sure my property stayed in excellent condition while it was under their care. I came to them as an out of town client with a property that had a hold over tenant who refused to move out. Getting the occupant to move required them to appear for me at two court hearings and they did it so graciously. They managed the eviction process and negotiated with the person living in the property to move out and leave the house in good condition without me having the expense of hiring a moving company to forcefully evict the occupant. I was not able to do this prior to them getting involved. Once the occupant had moved out then they immediately oversaw the rehab of my property and placed it on the market. The prices and quality of work that the contractors they found provided was excellent. My house sold in less than two weeks! When we received the buyer requested repairs they coordinated those minor repairs as well. The buyer was extremely satisfied with the quality of the repairs as again their contractors did quality work at a reasonable price. We closed as scheduled. I live in a different state then my property and I did not have to travel back to Texas once during this whole process. I highly recommend Century 21 Premier Realtors. Robert Herrings is an excellent, caring agent who treats your property as if it was his own. His whole team is outstanding. If I every have property in the Kempner area again my first and only choice will be Century 21 Premier Realtors and JR Rentals and Property Management. Thank you guys so much for everything!
