I have dealt with many Real estate brokers over the years.I have used Bob Jenkins twice now and can tell you he goes above and beyond what is expected.from a broker.He is proactive and stays on top of the details needed to sell.On one property I was selling ,knowing I would be out of town in the dry season , he would regularly come by and water the plants..His knowledge and experience of local real estate was invaluable in pricing my properties properly.I would Highly recommend him.

Century 21 is lucky to have him on their team. Mr. Jenkins went over and beyond to sell our home. Such an honest, knowledgable and sweet person. I live out of state and he took care of all the showings and checked up on the home periodically. Another neighbor called him to tell one of the construction workers left a window open and I heard that he was there within minutes to take care of the situation. He also kept me informed with pictures of the construction progress. I'm very, very pleased with the service we received from Mr. Jenkins. The home did not sell for several months but it was because during the inspection it was noted that structural repairs and mold remediation processes needed to happen before the sale could take place. The contractors were very slow in their work progress but the buyer hung on and bought the home once everything was completed It was a difficult process for me because it was my dads home I was selling after his passing. Mr Jenkins was very understanding and I really appreciate everything he did.
