Buyer reviewWe worked with Robert for 4 months, starting with him helping us find temporary housing during our relocation from Florida with 2 large dogs. After showing us the limited rental houses available, we ultimately rented a pet-friendly apartment recommended by Robert that offered affordable short-term rentals and was perfect for our geriatric dogs. Once we relocated to Michigan, Robert patiently showed us properties in different communities throughout Wayne County because there were very few houses on the market that could meet our needs. He accommodated our work schedules, showing us properties and attending open houses evenings and weekends, including on Father's Day. While viewing properties, Robert was very helpful in pointing out factors that could affect the value, cause future expenditures or impact our safety and enjoyment of the home. In this day and age of people giving less to others, yet demanding more for themselves, Robert far exceeded our expectations and gave us so much more value than what he received in compensation.

Seller reviewRobert Marx was known to other family members in several different contexts, with overwhelmingly positive endorsements. Our first meeting put my wife and me at total ease moving forward with his representation. The sale was complicated by the "as is" offering, and Robert negotiated the obstacles with utmost professionalism. I found his advice cogent, as well as precisely targeted for each issue as it arose. His patience with both novice sellers and buyers never flagged. I am very happy the results of Robert's efforts across the board. In addition to Robert, all of the professionals he brought aboard for various tasks clearly met his own high standards: Genial and utterly professional at every encounter. Superb. It was my step-father's home, and so very important to our family. Although I didn't know it prior to our meeting, Robert and he were acquainted through some shared community philanthropic endeavors. That spoke clearly of my dad's regard for Robert personally, and his respect for the standards which Robert brings to his commitments. I feel quite comfortable that Joe (a Navy captain, attorney, and one-of-a- kind guy) would be very pleased that Robert handled this rather delicate transition. For that, too, I am truly appreciative.
