Seller reviewRobert Marx was very honest with us right from the beginning since we contacted him last year. He always was there for any concerns we had or any questions we worried about. He's very aware and very knowledgeable of the market and extremely professional with us. He went way beyond his abilities to help us finish our home sale. What else can a person ever want from a broker? Simply the answer is Robert Marx. Robert Marx was not only extremely helpful, professional and all of the above mentioned, but he was very compassionate and sympathetic with our situation being so far from the country (Germany). He made sure that all parties are present on the exact date of our appointment and made sure that everything went smoothly without any interruption. We can't thank him enough for all the fantastic work he's done for us. We are forever grateful to him. We only dealt with Robert Marx. We don't know what Century 21 did in the background and how they supported him. But in general, we have nothing to complain about. In our opinion, whichever company has Robert Marx is a very lucky company.
