I am glad I found Robert Schmidt as an agent. Unlike most agents, he always makes himself available whether it be over the phone or over email. I always get a response back the same day, or if later on that night, the next morning. This is very important to me. He also explains things in a simple manner and is not in a rush to move on to the next customer. I enjoyed his company and expertise, and if I ever need an agent in the future, I will definitely snatch him up again. Thanks Robert!

Robert handled everything; great job! Robert knew the competitive homes that were for sale as well as homes that had recently sold. He was always reachable every time I called or e-mailed, was professional, and had a good strategy to sell the home. I could not have found a better agent, and I sold real estate myself for 18 years. I know what a quality agent needs to do in order to do a great job for the client, and Robert did that.
