This is the first home I have purchased in almost 40 years. Bob Stidman made it a smooth, knowledgeable, and pleasant endeavor. He showed us many possible homes, always in a very professional manner. He was very good about answering our questions. I would like to emphasize Bob's patience. I am 70+ with severe arthritis that limits my mobility . I am a very slow walker who has to use a cane. Bob was always patientt, courteous and kind. I appreciated this a great deal. Thank you.
