Hi I'm Rocio Regalado, Realtor with Century 21 Desert Rock. I am originally from Venice CA, I also lived in Riverside County. I have lived in the High Desert for the last 9 years, and I love it. I am proud to say that my son is a member of the First Graduating Class of Oak Hills High School. Our newest built High School in the High Desert area. Prior to becoming a Realtor. I worked in all fields of Accounting for over 20 years. This allowed me to meet lots of people that became friends. This allowed me to know many different likes and dislikes about their experiences in commuting to and from work, and their dream places to drive back after work if they had the chance. The High Desert was one of the most desired, so I decided to check it out for myself, and I've been here for the last 9 years. I became a Realtor because after helping a lot of my family and friends work with Realtors here in the High Desert, I saw the need for more Spanish speaking Realtors in the area, also I helped them translate with Lenders. Buyer reviewPeople told me buying a house would be difficult and a total nightmare . Well not if you have an excellent realtor. Rocio made my experience a positive one and her attention to detail was excellent. She also returned every phone call answering every question I had. Rocio was always available and that made me feel good throughout the entire process. She has helped many people in the past in dealing with different issues with their homes that I knew reaching out to her for advice was a great decision and it really was!! Rocio was beyond excellent on all of the above. We already closed escrow and she still finds time to reach out and check that things are well. She was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to make a purchase on a house. Rocio went beyond of what was expected!!!! She went as far as to actually help me move. I'm a single parent and my kids are fairly young so she took it upon her self to actually help me with the move. Provided everyone who helped with drinks and food . I feel she did more than she had to and would not take more than a thank you from me. She is a woman with a Big heart!!!! She really cares about making the buyer comfortable and secured in their new home!
