Rocky feels his experiences and knowledge of the valley and surrounding area along with its growth have given him a tremendous edge against others agents in the valley. He completed thorough research on the property on the local and county level which was amazingly helpful in providing accurate information to potential buyers. When I first contacted Rocky, I waited over a year to finally enlist his services.
