I began as a Realtor in 1982 as a part-time agent. I was working full time as Supervisor, then Director of Services with the Family & Children's Center. I had a passion in working with neglected, abused and orphaned children. During this time my wife and I raised 3 children. I prefer to give of myself to others than to receive, whether it be spending time listening, teaching, coaching or problem solving. I believe these traits/qualities transfer well to being a respected and trusted Real Estate agent. After 27 years, I decided to pursue my passion of being a dedicated full-time Realtor. Since 2009, I have been dedicating myself to helping other find or sell their most valuable possession, their home. I feel fortunate to be able to give something back to others that have dedicated themselves to protecting our country, are rights and our freedom. I pride myself in "connecting" with my clients and being available 24/7.

Communication was amazing, he even returned texts when he was on vacation (not necessary but very much appreciated). Would highly, highly recommend Rod to anyone in the area.

He also helped include our daughter in the process by making the showings fun and exciting for her. He helped us get resolutions to all of our concerns and was a great communicator throughout the process. Rod also helped us identify things to look for when going through homes and helped us identify concerns on our final walkthrough and then worked hard to get them resolved prior to closing.
