Seller reviewSelling my house without Roger Burlingame would've been nearly impossible. I live in Texas and during the period the house was on the market I was in the middle of a divorce. My ex-wife was co-owner and Roger had to deal with us independently in many circumstances. The house had been a rental property and needed some work prior to sale. I was not there to take care of any of it. Roger coordinated all of it and often pitched in and did some of it himself. I really don't know what I'd have done without him and his willingness to go the extra mile.

Buyer reviewI do not know where to begin when it comes to my experience with Roger. I do know that this would have been much more stressful without him. He has gone out of his way to help us since the first day we met when I came to Columbus for an interview. I do believe he treated us kindly and as if we were a member of the family that he looked out for. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out every step of the way. I would (and have already recommended) Roger to others because I believe he genuinely cares for his clients and wants the best for them. He was very timely in responses and had our needs/wants at the top of his list. I am not familiar with the home buying process and he was extremely patient with me and explained everything. When things arose that concerned him he explained what he saw and thought but always respected our decision. Buying a home can be a very stressful life event, however, with Roger there was no feeling of stress during the process because he did such a great job explaining things to us. I trusted him through this process and Roger did not disappoint at all.
