Seller reviewI had the pleasure of not only knowing but working with Roger in the sale of my house. He is one of the most humble and sincere people I have ever met. He made sure the needs of myself and my family while searching for a house was fully met. He took the time and the patience to take my family and I around to look for homes and find a buyer for our house as well. Once we found the home we wanted he made every effort to ensure the process of closing and moving in was utterly painless given the hectic circumstances of moving . When we thought we couldn't afford the new house, Roger did everything he could to make sure we could get the dram house we wanted not because of commission but because of the caring and honorable person he is. He wanted my family to have the home as he would say we deserved. I couldn't be more proud to have worked with him and would consider him family . Would recommend to all my friends and anyone I meet to be honest. Wonderful and genuine person. Would go above and beyond for you.

Seller reviewRoger Maharaj was very intuitive to what I wanted as a property seller and made noteworthy suggestions based on local market knowledge and info of the property which I may not have been totally aware of being an out of state property owner. He was also very polite and helpful in explaining any parts of the paperwork I needed clarification on. His quick response time was very much appreciated!
