Personal Profile
2023 marks my 43rd year as an Associate Broker at CENTURY 21 BHJ Realty, Inc., specializing in selling ranch, residential, and commercial properties in Wyoming and Montana. Throughout my extensive career, I have consistently aimed to create mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved in any transaction.
My passion for equine sports has been a lifelong journey that began on our family ranch in central Wyoming, where I was raised. Over the years, I have actively participated in various equine sports, including playing polo for 18 years and competitively team roping for the past 12 years. Additionally, I have dedicated 25 years of service as a member of the Sheridan WYO Rodeo Board of Directors. These experiences have not only allowed me to forge deep friendships but also enabled me to connect with clients from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
As an Associate Broker, I firmly believe that building strong relationships is the cornerstone of successful real estate opportunities. I understand that effective communication serves as the key to unlocking all doors. I have been familiar with and worked personally with previous members of this long-standing Sheridan business and know of their ethics and responsibility towards their work and their customers. Every employee, so far as I can see is part of an effective team which can be trusted to make every effort to do a good job for the customer. They take pride in their work. They have a deep understanding of not only the usual real estate market, but the more complex issues of ranches and recreation property. I feel that Roger and his assistant, Joe Steger, have enhanced the already fine reputation of BHJ Century 21.

Buyer reviewRoger and Joe were both great to work with, they listened to what we were looking for in house, they were available anytime during the day and sometimes late nights to answers my questions. They both definitely were working for us and had our best interest in mind. I left a couch at the house we sold, long story short Joe and Roger met me over there and we cut it up and they helped haul it out. These guys go above and beyond of what is required by a realtor. Definitely made the process of selling and buying a home super easy. Can't brag this team up enough, it was fun to work with them.
