Seller reviewI interviewed 4 brokers before I decided on Ron Rupp. From the beginning, he was a go getter. He took care of the little things before I even put it on the market. He was very thorough suggesting that we do water testing, radon testing etc before I proceeded. That was a GREAT idea and made the sale of my house go very smoothly. There is no one more knowledgeable about the market than Ron. Ron is a consummate professional and most of all, trustworthy. He is detail oriented and very conscientious. Selling a house can be stressful, but Ron makes it easier with his calm and easy-going personality. I feel that he went above and beyond during this whole process. My husband died during the sale of my house and Ron could not have been more understanding. I certainly made the right decision by hiring Ron! What a GREAT broker and person!!!

Seller reviewThe selection was not hard. Century 21 stands alone on their reputation and David Smith Real Estate is a well known agency in the town of Rehoboth. However, we did choose to go with this broker because of Ron Rupp. In the process of sellling our house, we came across a problematic "buyer" who we would never know how to handle. Ron did so in such professional, patient yet assertive manner so as to make it easier for us. He took the initiative to be in constant communication with us explaining each step and encouraging us in an extremenly fiendly manner so that we have come to view him as a close friend. Ron was very pro-active and diligent in all aspects of the sale of our house. From advertisement to guardiaship of the property while we have been living in Florida, Ron has been a loyal real estate agent. He certainly went way beyond our expectations. Overall, our sales experience was made a good one only by Ron Rupp's loyalty to his customers. If we had to do it all over again and Ron was working for any other broker, that's were we would go.
