Reaching out to Ron was the best decision I ever made! My ex husband died suddenly. I learned he had never taken my name off of the mortgage or title. With only $20,000 left on the mortgage, I signed on as executor and personally paid the mortgage and did everything possible to keep the house secure and sound until it could be sold. I wanted my children to get their inheritance! My youngest son is an adult with disabilities (autism). I especially wanted to ensure his financial security after I am gone. I, in turn, have to thank Ron for changing my and my son's lives for the better.The stress of maintaining my old home is gone. I have closure.
