Ron Schwolsky was a realtor assigned to me through Realtor.com. I was a little nervous what kind of realtor I would receive as I had never used Realtor.com before. After the first meeting my worries subsided. Ron was friendly and knowledgeable of the properties in the area. He was quick to respond to calls, texts and emails. Since I was a buyer from out of town, Ron made sure he was available for inspections and provided helpful feedback and recommendations. Price negotiations went smooth and Ron kept everyone on track to make sure closing and move in date was met.
