Ron Williamson has been our Agent for our past two property purchases and we cannot imagine handling a real estate transaction without him. He was extremely patient, attentive and thorough with every property we considered, and there were many. He guided us through all of the potential pros and cons with the various properties we visited and made sure we had all of the legal information and any local ordinance information that would affect our overall goal with each property we viewed. A huge bonus when viewing properties is Ron's experience in the building industry as he was a custom home builder for many years. He definitely knows what it takes to build and renovate a structure and for us that was key.
