Ronda was always 10 steps ahead of us and had phone numbers at the ready for inspectors, and even utility and cable providers. Ronda is incredible! We can't say enough great things about her and the dedication she has to her profession. She was always a phone call or text message away. Ronda always gave clear answers and responded quickly. She made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Ronda was incredibly patient when dealing with a very stubborn seller. We applaud her for that, as it was a bit crazy!
