Buyer reviewKnew of Rhonda via her sister and Richter Realty thru family ties going way back. I also bought a previous house thru century 21 that they had listed, and when I was ready to search and buy I called her because of inherent trust and familiarity. All good. Process was quite easy and good. She took us thru several properties that we had ear marked and were able to get thru quickly. She also was in contact with my mortgage lender and they worked together to help us do what needed to get in our home as soon as possible which was important as we were renting and there were time constraints to save us money. Went above and beyond! Was always available for anything we needed or had questions about. She was great! Even though I knew her sister quite well I had actually never met her formally before this, and I couldn't have found a better person to help me!

Buyer reviewWe first contacted Ronda when the home we were interested in was listed by her. From then on, we were quite sure that if we continued on we would like to do business with her. On several occasions, she was at a location with very little notice to show us a home. She seemed to know what we were looking for and spent a lot of time with us. She did not try to sell us on anything that we didn't want. And after all the time she spent getting us into a house, she was there at our closing. i would definitely recommend Ronda to anyone looking to buy a home, she will be right there when you need her.

Seller reviewOf the four realtors I interviewed Ronda was most knowledgeable, personable, and listened. I liked that she is FULL time realtor and not partially retired or working another job. Ronda is very professional, always acted in a timely manner, never seemed too busy to take my calls or answer my questions. She was always on time and never missed a meeting. Ronda worked well with the buyer and her realtor. My property needed some electrical improvements and Ronda was able to recommend and get the services of a qualified electrician which made the sale of the home go faster. Absolutely no complaints -- would definitely recommend and use Ronda's services again. Liked the fact that Ronda is affiliated with a large reputable real estate firm.
