Rosita Diaz was amazing to work with. I was working with another broker who I did not get along with and who overpriced the house so it did sell. She was very rude to me. I was trying to sell my father's hose in Chaparral, NM from Tennessee which was not an easy task. I could not find people to go to the house to fix anything or help me. My contract was ending with my other realtor and so is tarted looking for another realtor. As soon as I spoke to Rosita I knew she was the best realtor for me. She answered my calls quickly, helped me to get repair people out to the house as needed and overall went above and beyond for each time there may have been a buyer. The house took a total of almost 3 years to sell. We had deals fall through and an immense effort was made by Rosita each time to make sure the deal went through. I can never repay her for the time, effort and care she took in trying to sell this house for me. Thank you thank you. Rosita is a great asset to Centry 21. -Laurie Miller Rosita could not have been more pleasant to deal with. I can be demanding at times as I desperately wanted to get the house sold. She pretty mostly answered phone calls, followed up,in text messages and overall was very knowledgable and on top of the process to sell the house.
