1986-1996 I have been a Property Manager for Rental and Condominium Communities. In 1998 I became full-time Realtor in Maryland. I currently hold licenses in DC and VA. I have been a full-time Realtor my entire career.

It's important to listen, to hear the things the customer/client is not saying. To anticipate their needs. Being available to perform tasks which make the transaction as smooth as possible is extremely important. Also, seeking and providing the most accurate information so the best decisions can be made. Being available for appointments when the customer/client can't be there. At the day, I would like for my customer/client to say, "I couldn't have done it without her".

Buyer reviewRosalyne helped me and my first husband buy our first house. We were a one-income family having just moved across the country a year prior and I was in the late stages of my first pregnancy. Rosalyne was there every step of the way, explaining things to us and giving advice. We bought the perfect house that fit in our budget. 3 weeks before I had my little girl, my husband and I were painting the baby's room. We lived there a very happy 4 years until he passed away. My two kids and I were there 6 more years when our lives changed and we needed a bigger house in another neighborhood. I had no doubt I was going to use Rosalyne again. She got along great with my second husband. We just bought another house that again is in our budget and was everything we were looking for. Rosalyne is a friend that truly cares about me and my family. She was adamant about actions that were not in our best interests, but gave us the freedom to do what we wanted. She had a contact for everything we needed from the mortgage to the inspections. She was at every inspection with us. We heard from her constantly and she helped us with every step of negotiation. I love Roz.
