Rose Alanis of CENTURY 21 Circle

Rose Alanis was eager, understood my situation and was warm and caring, these were probably the most important characteristics to me, plus she is a go getter! I liked her warm approach to a very difficult situation, she was able to work under some difficult family dynamics and did her best to make things easier on me. I felt that Rose would do her best and give 110%, she most definitely did. She was flexible when I asked for changes in my listing she worked with me and came up with some amazing ideas. Simply put she has the knowledge and expertise that I do not possess in her field and the compassion needed in this situation. She worked hard under a difficult set of circumstances and made me feel very comfortable. The last thing I needed was a broker that didn't take my sale as just another job, she took it to heart, put in a lot of effort and that made the difference in my selection. I'm so glad that I found Rose with her expertise and qualities, as soon as I met her I knew I made a good choice! First a comment about the length of time of the listing, I listed the house in the middle of winter during the holidays due to an outside party insisting that the house be listed immediately. The listing time had nothing to do with the skills of Rose, it was simply a bad time to list the house. I honestly don't know how Rose could have done any better with what she was given, I could not be more pleased.
